My dog is sick after chewing a bone. Why is he shivering and sluggish?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 60 lbs

My 1 year old has been chewing a big dog bone the past few days. His poop is a light yellow with blood in it. Today i took him around town in car. When we got home he drank a bowl of water fast threw up once now he is shivering and acting sluggish. He even tries to sleep sitting up instead of laying down

Hulk is probably very painful and uncomfortable, he is probably suffering from a gastrointestinal infection. Hulk will need an antibiotic course in order to get better and also some meds for the diarrhea and vomiting, I recommend that you take him to the vet ASAP in order to get treated.
