Is 150mg fluconazole dosage normal for my dog's yeast infection?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year old

Vet prescribed fluconazole 150mg for 3 days twice daily one in morning and one in evening so does this dosage normal dosage to treat yeast infection?

Assuming Bruno weighs more than 30lbs the dosage is actually borderline low, I personally do not like Fluconazole, I usually prefer to use Itraconazole which I find more effective and safer, but at this dosage you do not have to worry about any severe side effects.

    Unfortunately, it is illegal for the experts at Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to give the dose information for any drug without seeing the animal in person first. I would follow your vet's dosage instructions for Bruno, and if you have any concerns, give the vet a call to discuss them.
