My dog has a neck lump and itchy ears. Should I be concerned?

My dog is 9 year old cocapoo. She has a lump close to her throat should I be worried? She still eats alot. She does have alot of earwax build up and has been scratching her ear alot. Pet's info: Dog | Cockapoo | Female | spayed | 9 years and 2 months old | 22 lbs

Aw poor Tottie! Without examining the lump is impossible to say if it is anything to be worried about. It also sounds like Tottie has an ear infection. I'd recommend taking Tottie to see your veterinarian so that her ears can be checked. Your vet can also check the lump and take a needle sample to determine if it is a problem.
