My dog has a painful eye tumor. What's the removal procedure & cost?

My female Chihuahua: "Honey" has a large growth (tumor) on her head that is near her eye which is causing her pain and confusion. The growth is already spread into her tear duct and across her eyelid. I know it must be painful at times. What is the proper procedure to remove this from her head and typical cost? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 11 months old | 12 lbs
