Why is my mother dog peeing inside and so hungry after puppies?

Hi. My pug has had a litter of pups 5 week ago an now she is starting to act very strange. She weed on the sofa after going out for a wee which she has never done. Also she is going mad for food even straight after feeding her. Going for the bins and snatching food. She is getting more than enough food to fill her. Could it be her hormones from having the pups. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 2 months old

Yes, Prim may be acting this way due to hormones. I suggest you get her to your vet though for an exam in case there is something more pressing underlying. She may have a urinary tract infection causing the abnormal wee-ing. She could have some nutritional deficiency that is causing the extreme hunger. It is best to get her checked out by your vet.
