Why is my senior dog suddenly aggressive, barking, and acting strange?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 10 years and 11 months old | 40 lbs

Senior dog showing aggression towards myself and kids, snappin,highly increased barking, doesn't listen to commands any more. Staring at walls, barking in the middle of the night. Oh it's extremely hard

First thing you need to do is to get Yoko to your vet for an exam. Often times when older dogs have a significant behavior change it is due to an underlying medical condition. So, you need to rule that out first. She could be having vision or hearing issues. She may be in pain somewhere (arthritis). If nothing is found by the vet then you really need to seek the help of a professional IN-HOME dog trainer. Hope this helps.
