Why is my dog suddenly fidgety, nervous, and jumping on me?

Hi I am home alone and my dog is acting very fidgety. Normally when she does this it means she needs a wee or a poo but I let her out and she cane straight back in and normally if something is outside she barks. She also keeps waiting at the front door and looking nervous, meanwhile she is jumping on me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 7 lbs

I am sorry that Tilly is acting odd. I would recommend just putting her in a calm place or have her sit with you for a while and see if she calms down. I am unable to tell you why she is acting this way. However if she is not improving over the next 24 hours I would recommend taking her to the vet to make sure she is doing okay and not painful somewhere. I hope that helps
