My dog ate a chicken bone! Is it dangerous? When should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 9 months old

Please help me NOW! My maltese ate big chicken bone while i wasnt looking i know that can demage her stomach and i am so mad right now couse she bit me and I have opened bleeding wound 3 people and I were trying to get that bone out od her mouth but she was just bitting us and barking. She ate it and now she is really sad i think i might have to go to emergency couse i am bleeding like hell but i dont want her to be put down. Is she in danger should i go to vet? I am scared that bone damaged her

Ideally, Darcy should be seen by your veterinarian or at the nearest veterinary ER. Abdominal xrays may be indicated after an exam to determine if she will be able to pass the bone or not. If not, endoscopy or surgery may be needed for removal. Induction of vomiting is usually not recommended in these cases. You should be seen by your physician to address your bite wounds.
