My dog has shallow breathing, hard belly, and new lumps. What is it?

My dog seems to be breathing shallow and her abdomen feels harder than usual. She is getting more "lumpy" type knodules also. What could it be? Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | unspayed | 12 years and 6 months old | 29 lbs

Poor girl. She could have congestive heart disease, cancer, cushings disease or any kind of organ enlargement in her belly. I would recommend starting with a good vet exam and then possible radiographs and bloodwork to get her checked out and hopefully find the underlying cause for her symptoms.
