Hi there last week I took my rabbit to the vet after we found her going around in circles with her head tilted a little, she also wasn't eating or drinking. the vet told us she looks to have an ear infection they put her on antibiotics we managed to get food and water into her by syringe while giving her her meds, she finished them 2days ago and everything seemed to be coming right untill I noticed her head started to tilt again this morning and hasn't got any better or worse. What do I do?

You need to get Tequila back to the vet for a recheck examination. Often times it can take weeks to months to clear an ear infection (or any infection) in a rabbit. You need to get her back there soon so you can catch this and start treatment again before it gets worse. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
