What's safe tick prevention for my allergic dog in a Lyme area?

Pet's info: Dog | Parson Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 7 years and 11 months old | 19 lbs

I have currently moved to a high deer area with my service dog. There are alot of ticks here and lyme disease is high. My dog his allergic to vaccines, revolution, as well as advantage. Are there any real options for us come spring

I like the Seresto collar. It is effective and one collar lasts 8 months. It can even get wet! It has different medication than those other products you mentioned and since it is very slow release he may not react to it.
