Why is my healthy dog losing hair in patches with no skin irritation?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 45 lbs

My dog it a healthy energetic 18 month old staffy..she has hair loss but has no visible skin irritation her diet hasnt changed but she's losing her hair around the back of her ears , ribs and her groynes.

I would take Cassie to a veterinarian. This can be a few different things, but without seeing her it is difficult to say exactly what it could be. It could be something like demodex (which is a mite on the skin), it could be allergies, fleas, or another type of mite. Your veterinarian will most likely perform a skin scraping looking for mites. If they don't find any they may still treat since some mites are very difficult to find. They can also perform a good physical examination to make sure there is nothing else going on with Cassie.
