My puppy had Parvo. What helps his runny nose and gurgling sounds?

Hi there, I've had my puppy home for 5 days after hospitalization from Parvo treatment but the last 2 mornings he has an extra runny nose and he's making small gurgling sounds, it goes away throughout the day but then in the morning it showed back up again. I was told by the vet that he basically has no immune system so I've had him quarantined all this time. Do you know what u could give him to help him? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 28 days old | 19 lbs
