How old should puppies be before going outside on the grass?

Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 4 months old | 30 lbs

Snowys puppies are 4 and a half weeks old, when can I put them outside on the grass?

Pups should not be out until they have received their vaccinations. A puppy play pen outside on dry concrete that has been disinfected with 1:30 bleach solution and allowed to dry is a safer alternative if you must move them
