How to stop my 3-month-old puppy from crying and peeing at night?

My pup is three months old and we've only had her a week. I can't get her to sleep through the night. I've tried tiring her before bed, she pees and poops before bed. I even put a blanket over her cage and say "bed time" but she won't sleep the night. She cries LOUD for hours until I bring her in the bed with me but then she pees or poops on the bed. I don't know what to do anymore. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkipoo | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 27 days old | 3.4 lbs
