Why does my dachshund run and hide under the bed after playing?

Why does much dachshund run and hide under the bed? She is being good and playing and then next I look over and she is gone. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 6 days old | 10 lbs

I would recommend monitoring her for the next 2-3 days, allow her to rest and not play hard.
