My female ferret keeps grabbing my kitten by the scruff and mounting him. She doesn’t do this with my fully grown cats. Is she showing domination?

Yes, it could be domination behavior or it could be play behavior. It is generally not a good idea to mix kittens with adult ferrets because ferrets often play roughly and can injure the kitten. If Wachiwi is not hurting the kitten then just let them work it out. If she is hurting the kitten or being too rough then you will need to keep them separated until the kitten is an adult. Hope this helps.
