My dog is vomiting, not eating, and breathing shallow after spay. Emergency?

I took my dog to get spayed and shots its been a week and the last 3 days she can't eat and is vomiting and dry heaving her nose is green snot and breathing shallow. What is wrong and is this an emergency. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 40 lbs

Poor Mia! If her breathing is shallow then she should be examined and treated by a vet right away. She could have a pneumonia and your vet can take an x-ray to evaluated her lungs and then prescribe medications to treat. She might also be dehydrated and need some fluids. Please call your vet or take her to an emergency clinic as soon as possible, Hope she feels better soon!
