I have a white cat who is outside alot so when I noticed he had dark and hard something on the inside corners of his eye I clean it off with water but it comes back. His eyes are clear so I don't know what to do. Any idea what this could be?

You may be seeing dried tears which will sometimes appear dark in color especially in a white cat. If PK is not squinting, and you are not seeing red eyes or excessive discharge what you are seeing is likely normal. However, in some cases eye discharge can be a sign of an upper respiratory infection. It's hard to say for sure if the debris you are seeing in PK is normal without doing an examination on him. If you can take a picture and submit it that may also be helpful. If PK develops any signs of respiratory illness (continued eye discharge, sneezing, lethargy, or changes in appetite) then he should be examined by a veterinarian.
