How to get my dusty African Grey to bathe if it hates water?

My African grey will NOT bathe. It hates water in bowls, sprays bottles, misters, and the shower. He’s extremely dusty, how should I get him to take a bath? Pet's info: Exotic | Unknown - Exotic | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 5 lbs

There is very little you can do other than what you are already doing, showers are not recommended at all only water in a bowl and spray when it is hot, some birds don't like taking bath and that is something you need to accept as it is.
