Cherry seeds are known to contain cyanide, which can cause toxicity if enough are eaten and if the pit is broken when eaten. Cats normally would not chew the pit, so the poison would not be released in that case. Even if the pit was broken, this would not be enough to cause toxicity. She would have to have eaten five or more for it to cause a problem. The main concern with cyanide toxicity is a decrease in the ability for oxygen to get into the blood. If your cat happens (very unlikely) to show an increase in respiratory rate or forceful breathing, then a visit to the vet would be required. Otherwise, the kitty should be fine as it normally takes much more than this to cause a problem. I hope that helps and all is well.

Cherry pits can definitely cause an intestinal obstruction or change the motility of the intestine, which can result in permanent damage. They can also damage the internal surface of the intestine causing an ulcer or even a perforation (small hole in the intestine). However, the pit can also pass through the intestine without any negative effect whatsoever. It's important to keep an eye on your cat for any signs of vomiting, abdominal discomfort, or diarrhea/straining to defecate. I recommend having your cat seen by a vet for an x-ray to see where the pit is, or monitored overnight to provide supportive care or surgery if necessary. I hope this helps!
