Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 5 years and 10 months old | 6 lbs
My cat is about 5 yrs old and is an inside cat except when she needs to use the restroom. A week ago the left side of her face was swollen and she was vomiting after eating we had to crawl under house to get her out bc she wouldn't come when called and that unusual. Now swelling is gone but she's not eating and green mucous in her nose. She does like she will vomit but doesn't.What could be the problem as I don't have money to got to vet

Hello, I am sorry for your concerns about Louise. The swelling may have been due to a bite abscess, probably from another cat, or perhaps from a tooth abscess. Green mucous from her nose is probably a respiratory infection. I encourage you to try & have her examined by a veterinarian. Petco provides free exams in most of their stores once a month, & VCA hospitals allow you to download a coupon for a free exam at their hospitals. You may want to check out CareCredit.com, which is essentially a credit card, but allows for 6 months no interest ( free as cash ) loans for qualified applicants. I hope you can have her seen soon, & thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
