My new 3-week-old puppy has bumps on its head and snout. Is it normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Female | unspayed | 26 days old | 6 lbs

Does this puppy appear to have a skin issue? It is a 3 weeks old Cane Corso. I am adopting her, but I notice little bumps on her head and snout in this pic and am not sure if this is normal? I will of course be taking her right to the vet when I pick her up but was curious to get thoughts ahead of time so that I prepare.

It is possible that they are small wounds/ scabs from the puppies playing rough with each other. I commonly see play wounds on puppies.
