IT can be difficult to tell if a cat/dog is pregnant just 20 days after mating. Typically you will start to see abdominal distension and enlargement of mammary glands. However around 30ish days you could take Lovely to a vet to have pregnancy confirmed by an ultrasound. That way you will know for sure. hope that helps

Unfortunately it's difficult to tell in your picture - her nipple does look a little enlarged and pink but it may be normal for her. The nipples do not always change in color to signify pregnancy. At this point the best way to determine whether or not she is pregnant is to either schedule an ultrasound with your veterinarian, or to wait a few weeks and have an x-ray to count kittens.

Sounds like she is pregnant! Cats don’t usually gain a lot of weight when pregnant, and you may never notice a “belly” form. You may not even be able to feel the kittens during the pregnancy. As she gets closer to delivery, you may notice more mammary development, vaginal discharge, a change in her behavior (like wanting to be closer to or farther from you), etc. Here is a good article that discusses what to expect: https://www.vin.com/veterinarypartner/default.aspx?pid=19239&catId=102902&id=4952101
