Is my 12-year-old pug okay? He's breathing poorly and sleeping more.

Question

My pug or I want to say 12 years is not breathing well. He is cuddling more and sleeping more. He is also cuddling more than he used to but he doesn’t seem to want to touch me at all. Could you give me an answer on if my poor puggy is going to be ok. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | neutered | 12 lbs
