Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 2 years and 2 months old | 9 lbs
My family went away for a 4 day trip (not uncommon for my family to take trips). There are 6 cats in the house (large house). We hired someone to come in about 2x a day to fill their food and water bowls and check on them (which they did). My family got home and my 2 year old tiger cat was curled up downstairs and had passed. She had lesions on her stomach that had seemed to heal fine. Then she began losing weight. There’s also been vomit (possibly from her). Could she have been sick? We‘re lost

If you noticed the skin lesions, weight loss and vomiting prior to your trip, then I would suspect that she was sick with a serious illness; which could have led her to passing. It's really difficult to know without having all of the details and being able to examine her body. The best way to get some good answers is to bring her remains to a veterinarian. They, or a veterinary pathologist (more expensive, but better option) can examine Lily and at-least narrow down some possibilies. I hope that helps and I'm really sorry for your loss.
