I saw a little white speck on his feces today. What could it be? Is it something to worry about? I gave him a deworming pill 4 days ago. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 30 days old | 5.27 lbs

White specs in the feces are usually not very concerning, but it's really difficult to say for sure without seeing it. It's reasonable to assume that this could be a dead worm that you are seeing. We often see dead worms in the feces after giving a deworming pill. If Felix is otherwise acting normal and eating/drinking normal, then I would not be concerned. If he is having some other problems, then it would be best to have a vet doctor examine him. I hope that helps and all is well with Felix.
