Can I find my rescue dog's birthday or previous owner details?

My dog was a rescue is there any way I can find out when his birthday is and who is previous owner was? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 9 years and 11 months old

It's not likely that you will be able to get this information from the shelter, because this is normally kept confidential unless the previous owner wanted their information to be available. I would first check with the shelter (if he came from a shelter) that he came from and see if the previous owners info is available. The only other possible way is if Buddy had a microchip prior to being surrendered by the previous owner. Many times, owners will register their dog's microchip and never delete the information.
