we took our one of the puppies to emergency vet because the mother vomited and puppies ate her vomot before i removed them then next day two puppies started to vomit but one of the two look depressed and the other got better so i took the one look sad to vet and the vet injected puppy with cerenia which got me worried he said its going to make poop faster and make him feel better puppies are only six weeks old which im worried thats too young to get vaccine or is it okay?

Cerenia is not a vaccine. It is an antiemetic medication to curb vomiting and reduce some pain/inflammation in the GI tract. He is not too young to receive it. Your vet would not have injected the medication if they thought it would harm your puppy. Hope this answers your question.
