What's this orange circle under my cat's fur? Could it be ringworm?

My cat has a orange circle under her fur near he arm. No idea what it is. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 4 years and 5 months old | 8 lbs

I highly recommend that you have her evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Also, avoid contact with this lesion for now. Good luck!
