Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Low appetite and vomiting is likely the result of dietary indiscretion and stomach upset after consuming those items. They should be avoided. It is likely that if these are stopped, Pepper will be just fine. He is adorable! Good luck and have a good day!
