My beagle all of a sudden started having head tremors during the night. She's not having them anymore, but seems really nervous.

Hi there and than you for using Pet Coach to address your concern. The head tremors could be a form of seizures, pain, muscle related or idiopathic. Idiopathic head tremors is a condition that has been noted in several breeds but can occur in any breed. There is no known cause for the tremors and the disease is called idiopathic for this reason. I would monitor for now and if these tremors increase in frequency or intensity, I would recommend having Lacey examined by a veterinarian for further testing and to discuss the potential causes based on the physical examination. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
