Dog's leg swollen like a balloon, but not limping. What should I do?

My dog got some sort of insect bit on his front left leg right beneath his elbow and now it is swollen and retaining fluid (feels like a full balloon). It doesn't seem to be bothering him at all and he will let me touch it and is not limping but it is very concerning to me because of the fluid retention. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 10 years and 10 months old | 20 lbs

You should take him to the vet in order to get it checked, it could be an insect bite but it could also be something more serious such as a trauma to the elbow or even a tumor, this must be checked by your vet ASAP.
