Why does my 5-week-old puppy stiffen, fall, and cry after eating?

Our dog had puppies. They are 5 weeks old. The runt is kind of stuff. When he eats, his limbs stiffin up, he can't walk, he literally falls over, and he cries after feeding? Do you know what could be wrong?

Poor pup - there are many possibilities but I would be concerned about a birth defect which is preventing him from digesting or absorbing his food properly. I recommend you video the episodes and take him to your vet for a full physical check up and blood glucose testing
