My pet died giving birth. What causes labor complications in pets?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | unspayed | 1 year old

She died giving birth... just less the an hour ago... what happened? There’s no baby’s, but there is a weird human poop looking thing with a pile of blood or something... just look at the pics... what could I have done to save her? Please help...

I'm very sorry for your loss, what you see is a dead fetus, i can't tell you what happened exactly, obviously there was a serious complication during labor that led to her death, could have been internal bleeding, calcium deficiency and other conditions.
