My dog has skin bumps. Are they hives, an infection, or a rash?

What are these? Hives or something else? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 6 days old | 60 lbs

No, I don’t think these lesions are hives. They should be looked at by your vet, but it looks like a possible skin infection. I think have a check up once your vet is open, some of the skin lesions look older and more dry while others look really inflamed. It would be interesting to know wether there is some degree of itchiness and how long have they been these lesions been there for, and when did they appear for the first time.
