Why does my dog have a small bald spot and bump on his back leg?

Our chocolate lab has a single tiny bald spot on his back leg just below his (knee). There is very slight bump. It's about 2 millimeters in diameter. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 28 days old | 42 lbs

This may be the start of a small skin growth or it can be a small scar tissue from a scrap or wound. You can monitor the area for any changes. If it gets larger or starts to bother him then I would have it checked by your vet.
