Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 28 days old | 42 lbs
Our chocolate lab has a single tiny bald spot on his back leg just below his (knee). There is very slight bump. It's about 2 millimeters in diameter.

This may be the start of a small skin growth or it can be a small scar tissue from a scrap or wound. You can monitor the area for any changes. If it gets larger or starts to bother him then I would have it checked by your vet.

Since it hasn't grown and has been there for some time, it could just be a cyst or benign growth. The best thing is to have your vet do a needle aspirate to determine the exact cause. Once diagnosed, your vet can determine if treatment is needed.

Since it has been there for 3-4 weeks now it is unlikely to go away on its own. Since it is getting larger it is best to get it checked by a vet to see what it is. It has potential to be an infection, an allergy/reacion, ring worm or a growth.
