My dog can't stand, won't use paw, cries when moved. What's wrong?

This morning my fog woke up unable to stay standing up. She will fall too. She also can't seem to step on her left paw. And she will complain if I try to carry her or move her. What could be wrong with her? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 9 years and 7 months old

Poor Dolly - she really does need an emergency vet check to identify the case of her pain and poor balance. Middle ear, vestibular disease, spinal issues and leg injuries could all be contributing to her signs and she needs rgent pain and anti-inflammatory medications
