My Doberman's stomach is still swollen with high ALT. What to do?

Hello Doctor, I own a Doberman which is of 3 years old. His stomach got swollen and I went for check up, and took blood check up and in the result his SGPT (ALT) found 62.6, afterwards I have treated his liver by vet's advice but still his stomach is swelling more, kindly reply me with your best advice please

Hi there and thank you for using Pet Coach to address your concern. With these results I would advise you to have an abdominal ultrasound performed on Maxi to find out why the liver enzyme is elevated and abdomen swollen. This will give more detailed information on what the liver looks like and if there are any abnormalities in the abdomen. I hope this helps!
