Is wet cat food with jelly or gravy suitable for my new cat?

hello, i am going to adopt a cat very soon and i came across many wet cat food brands when i went cat supply shopping today. i wanted to check if it is okay if we feed wet cat food that has jelly in it or if i should feed it the food that has gravy in it.
