Why is my cat sick and dizzy after deworming for rice-like worms?

Ive notice my cat have white worms that look like rice coming from his anus taken him to various vet 4 in total around my area all tell me he just has a hairball stuck in his stomach and has no indicadion of worms so i went on my own to petco and purchased a demormer for tape worms came with 3 tables it was the bayer brand and righg now my cat is very stiff dizzy when walking and only gets up to eat and drink water. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 10 lbs

I am sorry to hear that Toby sounds like he is having an adverse reaction to the tapeworm medicaiton. This sounds serious. I would highly recommend taking Toby in to your vet to have him treated for an adverse reaction, which includes fluids for flush out his system and and symptomatic treatment.
