My cat has itchy ears and blood clots. Is it a serious ear infection?

Gary is 1+ years old. Himaliyan persian breed. He has itchy ears. There were some blood clots few days before. And other ear is ok and dry.. m attaching both ears photos below. Is it a serious case. Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Male | unneutered

It does look like Gary has a serious ear infection. I recommend making an appointment at your veterinarian to have his ears cleaned and and to get medication to treat the infection.
