Hi, I'm feeling a round shape lump on my shih tzu daughter's left side for a while, just a little under her rib cage that you can see the exact place I'm pointing in the photos. What do you think that lump might be and what should I do about it? Should I be scared? Thank you so much... Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 2 years old | 8 lbs
