My 22lb cat needs a strong window seat. What's the best one?

got 2 kitties 1 is 22 lbs other is 8, they need a window seat, I live way out in the country no shops, last 1 I bought was lousy, do you know of a good one, thank you so much for your time. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 9 years and 2 months old | 22 lbs
