Why is my cat's rectum red with pus and bloody diarrhea?

My cats, rectum was more red then usual, squeezing out puss and blood like fluid, bubble, fart lime motion was, happening and looked like a slight bit of something was coming out. She also did a runny poo right where she was sitting and it took her a while, then she just sat back down in it. She had been slow, and like not moving all afternoon. With so many symptoms I recommend a vet check as soon as possible - it sounds like he has developed a severe diarrhea/colitis and fecal incontinence and he requires urgent treatment. In the meantime offer a bland diet of boiled chicken or fish and a probiotic supplement such as fortiflora
