Why does my dog rub his face on my head and neck when I lie down?

When I lie down, my dog often rolls his body and rubs his face all over my face and head and neck. Why does he do this?

Hello, this is likely Sirius releasing his pheromones on you in a way to show affection. This is a natural instinct and typically does not mean anything other than him showing you affection. Hope this helps and best of luck.
