Why is my dog not eating for weeks, lethargic, with clear tests?

For 3 weeks now my 11 year old Chi has not wanted to eat and is lethargic.Blood test and xrays were clear,she had some gas and noise in her stomach.The vet gave nausea and steroid shots twice which works for 6 days then she quits eating again.Not for sure if she poopsShe is now on steroid pills but her appetite isn't there.Today she threw up boiled hamburger and potato which looked to have orange bits/slime.She wants to eat the kibble but shes not allowed. What could come up clear on these test? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

I am so sorry Chi hasn't been feeling well. If all the tests were clear then I would recommend having an abdominal ultrasound performed. This would look at the architecture of the intestines and stomach and see if there is anything else that could be going on with Chi. She could have pancreatitis, a foreign object, a bad gastrointestinal upset, and much more going on that may or may not show up on the blood work and might not even show up on X-rays. I would also recommend a bland prescription diet to help settle her stomach also. I would have a ultrasonographer or an internal medicine specialist to perform the ultrasound.
