Do some dogs go through a phase of being fearful of men or people with winter jackets? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 11 months and 9 days old | 78 lbs

Dogs can experience a phase where things they have not encountered previously can make them feel nervous or fearful. Teddy is just about at this age. I would advise exposing him to as many new experiences as you can while he is in this socialisation age. If he is fearful try gently positive reinforcement to help him feel safe and secure.
