Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 5 months old

I have a pregnant bitch x 2 weeks who is stressed at night trying to escape the property. (Moved in 3 months ago) Im worried. I have to bring her inside every night but she keeps peeing in the kids room. I am at a loss as to what to do. This is not like her at all her whole behavior has changed since the move.

I would recommend perhaps having her in a crate or maybe the laundry room/ bathroom at night? I would also consider using DAP, Or dog appeasing pheromones to help decrease her anxiety. This can be purchased at most all pet stores. I would also recommend an examination with your veterinarian to make sure there isn’t an underlying medical problem. I’m sorry Lani is so anxious, and I hope she improves soon. Thank you for using Pet Coach.
