Why is my 7-month-old dog having diarrhea and house training issues?

I have two dogs, both sisters, 7mths. Both have had on an off diarhea for a few days. and now one seems to be unable to hold her urine.. and she's been potty trained for months. They're on sentinel monthly, so I've tried to rule out intestinal parasites. and both have already had parvo and survived it with no issues. Any idea what could cause both diarhea & frequent urination, & break house training? Could UTI cause Diarhea? They have NO other symptoms and seem healthy. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 7 months old | 50 lbs

Hi there. Good question. My first thought with both of them sick is a parasite, or a food sensitivity. Parasite being most probale. I would bring in a fecal sample from both of them to start. If that is negative, then it may need to have a fecal culture and PCR test done for the more rare bacteria and parasites. Make sure you aren't feeding any raw food, and until the testing is finished, Irecommend a bland diet of hills i/d food, or cooking boiled chicken and rice for 5-7 days
